Dear EU Seminar participants,

First of all, thank you for your interest and the registration for our seminar on EU funding opportunities!

Unfortunately the Covid 19 situation is forcing us to change our plans and we will need to postpone the conference scheduled originally for 7 April 2020.

At the beginning of march the EU institutions suspended all events taking place at their premises until March 22 due to the virus (see the annex for the Committee of Regions). The situation in Belgium is worsening day by day and we are led to believe that they will decide to suspend all events for a longer time. Furthermore, it is hard to predict how the actual health situation will develop.  We therefore took the painful decision to postpone.

As for the registration fee, we can either reimburse you or keep this amount for the rescheduled seminar that will certainly take place later this year. For the ones that have bought a flight ticket and booked a hotel room we sincerely hope that they can get reimbursement.

We are extremely sorry to have to take this decision, but we decided that it would be better to do this now, rather than waiting until the last moment.
