The 2011 Annual Meeting of the European Historic Houses Association was held from September 30th to October 2nd in Brussels, Belgium. After the annual meeting of Governors in the morning, more than 140 participants assisted at the high-level conference organised at the Palais des Académies, in the heart of Brussels, in which it was discussed the value of historic houses for tourism, economic and social development. The day ended with a Dinner Gala at Ste-Anne Castle for our members.

The following days, we were successively welcomed by the passionate private owners of some of the most beautiful historic houses of Belgium and of the north of France: Corroy-le-Château, Ecaussines-Lalaing, Château d’Attre, Château de l’Hermitage, Château de Beloeil, Château de Beersel, and the gardens of Argenteuil.

You will find below the pictures taken during the event and a document containing the full schedule.
